What you need to know to successfully control your weight once and for all

During the past 20 years, my goal was to improve the welfare of each person I met through my work.
Today, the number of overweight people continues to grow both in Belgium, France, Europe and around the world. The overweight, directly linked to our modern eating habits and our lifestyle has any implications for increasing our health and our well being.
