Franjo’s London session was a bit slow on price action which is not unusual for Monday’s. First opportunity Franjo spotted was a potential long entry on GBPUSD with 3 darker band shade areas across 5,15 and 60 minute time frames. With 1 minute more than 15 pips away Franjo decided to take that long entry on GBPUSD with a tight 10 pip stop loss. Only a few minutes later Franjo was able to close half of his position for +7 pips before getting stopped out on the second half of his position for break even. Shortly after Franjo announced that he was looking to go long on GBPJPY at the 15 minute levels with GBPUSD and USDJPY at support. GBPJPY hit his entry area so Franjo took a decent size position as this was a trade with the trend. Immediately after Franjo entered the long GBPJPY trade the bounce happened and Franjo closed most of his position for +13 pips before getting stopped out on rest of his position for -1 pips. Overall not a bad start of the week taking into account the slow price action. The New York session proved to be very slow. Paul did take one trade of the upper 15 minute box from a retracement from the day’s low. However it stubbornly stayed around the entry mark so Paul closed for +5.
