Pit Bulls

I ask you this; why is it okay for a small dog to bite you, but not okay for a bigger dog to bite you. If you owned a pit bull and it bit someone, you wouldn't have a dog anymore. If a small dog bites you it's not big deal because what can that dog do? That is not fair. The same rules need to apply for all dogs. Pit bulls have a bad name, but they are not a bad dog.

It's not the pit bull that is in the wrong, it's the owner. It's all in what you teach the dog. Now most people say that they'll just turn mean on you out of no where, but honestly they probably won't. People only say that because They have a higher tendency to turn towards aggression. Fighting dogs is illegal and it's not the dogs fault the owner is abusing the right to own a dog.

Pit bulls aren't the dog you think they are. In western New York the most common pit bull is the american. Now most pit bulls are used for protecting drugs and fighting. But they are very misunderstood dogs.



Pit bulls are very well behaved dogs as long as they are trained, like a normal dog. They are also good with children. In a statistic it was found that Pit Bulls killed more adults than children. Another reason people dislike them is because of thier lockjaw. Also, not thier fault they have it. They are just as loving and warm as any other dog.
