Outrageous Value On Gulf Coast Homes

By: Winston Duke

The beauty of the Florida Gulf coast is unmistakable and the sunsets adorable! Many people of all ages are choosing to live the entire year in this US summer's paradise.
Others choose to have Gulf homes which they use for the winter, then return to their other homes in the northern parts of the country for the summer.
There are so many advantages and good reasons for having gulf coast homes that people have been flocking to gulf coast cities in droves.
For all reasons they come. Many come just to escape the harsh northern winter only and return up north for the summer.
Others choose to live the entire year on the Gulf. For whatever reason they come, they are coming in droves.
The Gulf Coast Has So Much To Offer To All People Of All Ages
There are numerous advantages to people having gulf coast homes.
The all year activities beckon people of all ages. The Gulf Coast is not an "old folks community". Young and old alike find the living meaningful and engaging.

Hugely Discounted Value
Another important fact that are pushing people to own gulf coast homes is the unprecedented value which they afford.
The housing market crash has dropped gulf coast homes values to prices not seen in many generations.
These prices are once in a lifetime deals. They are not expected to last long.
The conditions that are allowing them to stay this low are about to chance.
Those conditions, low interest rate, high unemployment and huge gulf coast homes inventories have almost run their course.
Unemployment has already started to edge up and away from 10%.
Inventories of unsold properties are been depleted fast.
Interest rate will pick up as soon as the economy does and the economy already is showing signs of recovery.
Two particularly attractive communities are Ft Myers and Lehigh
Acres in Lee County.
They are adjacent to each other and they share the same city hall.
Besides their natural beauty, Ft Myers is situated on the Gulf and Lehigh Acres is just minutes away from the Gulf and occupies the highest part of Lee County.
Whereas Fort Myers has a past of historic significance, Lehigh is young and developing.
In any case, they both have enjoyed immense growth over the past decade because of people migrating to their community.
This is no surprise because they have so much to offer.
