My Boss Blows...

I was at work at the moment and as always my boss got here in and decided that she needed to turn all the things upside down. I assumed to myself here we go again…. Why does my boss should be such a device? Why can’t I find a job with a boss that isn’t such a jerk? I work actually exhausting every day just making an attempt to go to work and come residence with out the drama. I suppose my boss just like the drama but I am used to it by now and I decide that as we speak goes to be the day that I take the high road and never let the drama bother me. I used to be sitting at my desk when she got here up and determined that apparently it was my turn to take some abuse. Mind you I did nothing improper I used to be just in the incorrect place at the improper time. She started yelling at me as a result of she didn’t like the truth that I went down stairs to have a cigarette. Needless to say I took less than two minutes however she felt that it was too lengthy and that I had been neglecting my job. She known as me into her workplace and began to inform me how she was involved with my work performance. She advised me that she felt I didn’t care about my job and that I've to let her know once I was going to make use of the bathroom and pretty much anytime I was going to not be at my desk. I thought to myself, are you kidding me? I’m a grown adult and I have to examine in with my boss to do anything. That is absurd, what sort of psycho boss do I work for? I received residence and was so mad that I thought okay that’s it, I’m quitting. I refuse to be treated like a child by my boss. Then it occurred, I discovered a place where folks can go to tell their horrible boss stories. This manner we are able to share our pain.
