Have you thought of including in your list the most fundamental yet probably the most important things like a healthy body, a rich mind, thriving children, empowering relationships, as well as a joyful spirit? Now, before you begin to think that I am going all hippie on you, keep reading…

Ambitious goals frequently bring a strong focus on reaching great things, well beyond what we feel are fundamental needs. And where we set our focus is where we produce results. See where I’m getting at? Focus on your dream house, and get some consistent empowered action onto that burning significant desire, and you’ll probably manifest that dream house! And where there is a lack of focus, no goal-directed action, there is no results. When you leave your wellbeing, relationships, happiness, mind and spirit out of the vision, the results in those areas of your life are very likely to be unsatisfactory. So what do you really really REALLY want? Did you forget to include those goals about being healthy, empowered, inspired, relaxed, energised, loving, open, compassionate, grateful, aware, vibrant, strong, nurturing, and harness your absolute best potential in mind, body and spirit?

The issue with focus is that, essentially, it’s difficult to share it around. Despite this, there is nothing that prevents us from being focused IN THE MOMENT. There's nothing wrong with possessing lots of goals, and spreading them across the various aspects of your life as an individual, entrepreneur, friend, partner and parent is vital. Goal-oriented actions for nurturing your mind, spirit and body, including your relationships and personal power, will guarantee that you can attain all goals that require you being empowered across all levels.

Maybe it is somewhat hippie. Then again, don’t we all need to remember about what’s really valuable, what should take first priority, our fundamental needs, and empowering ourselves by way of great health, gratitude, relationships, a strong mind and an enlightened spirit?
