That was his leadership fashion and it labored, on me anyway.

Several years later I used to be lucky to have another mentor that was a walking motivational machine. He was probably the most inspirational particular person I had ever met and happily for me I used to be the one he chosen to groom. He made work a thrill educating and sharing his wealth of knowledge.

I quickly realized that one leader can make the difference in numerous ways. I took quite a bit from each of these men as each had the same purpose but completely different kinds of accomplishing it. The first leader made me enthusiastic about coming to work to exhibit my skills while the second one honed my abilities motivating me how one can broaden my information and experiences. I didn’t emulate either one completely however admired and respected each equally and learned methods to make a job enjoyable.
