Equal treatment of employed and unemployed people seeking accounts receivable careers

By: Joseph Mas

Much is going on as a whole in the Employment and Unemployment realm. ProCollectionJobs.com doesn't know if any of you have had the opportunity to catchup on the latest issue that has been circulating having to do with the unemployed in our great country, but apparently there are many companies and recruiters who are discriminating against very qualified, experienced and well rounded people because of their misfortune of getting caught up and losing their jobs in this recession.

Recession as defined by our government, Depression as defined by the American people. As someone who was raised by a mother who was a great champion of the underdog, I have to say that I'm totally disgusted with this latest information. ProCollectionJobs.com is even more committed to providing a valuable, diversified job board for debt collectors and accounts receivable jobs that can be trusted by jobseekers whether they be employed or unemployed. This latest set of circumstances having to do with the exploitation of Americans who are very much down on their luck is just reprehensible. Where is the EEOC? As far as we are concerned, recruiters and companies in the debt collections and accounts receivable industry that are practicing this type of discrimination are just as responsible for the demise of this country as the bureaucracy of our government. PCJ has zero tolerance for this type of behavior within there online career and job search engine.

The team at ProCollectionJobs.com is committed to being a resource were Professionals can come and know that the jobs we have are real and the companies posting on ProCollectionJobs.com are fully committed to compliance with the EEOC regulations, don't commit discrimination, and are willing to invest in a their employee's. The Accounts Receivable Industry is somewhat of a Recession proof industry and I know that there are many jobs in this Industry that aren't even being looked at by qualified individuals because people don't know who they can trust anymore.

Shouldn't we all be working towards turning this around? Seriously, I feel so strongly about this topic that if a company that practices hiring discrimination and can't see the value of all persons in this tough economic time, then ProCollectionJobs.com doesn't want that kind of business. We want to stay known as a company that can be trusted by not just our Employers, but our Jobseekers as well.

The Debt Collections & Accounts Receivable Industry has the capability to make a large impact on this dilapidated economy. Granted, there are many changes that the Debt Collection Industry needs to make in order to be compliant and in order to change the whole perception of the Accounts Receivable Industry. There is no reason why it can't be perceived as professional and in the light.

As a person who has worked for years in the Human Resources field, one of the number one objectives for a large, diverse group of people is to work in a company that is willing to invest in them the same that they will invest in that company. Employee's want to be able to have pride in what they do and the company that they work for. Doesn't that make sense? Overall isn't that the most cost effective solution for retention and eliminating expenses of the vicious cycle of the revolving door created by a companies inability to retain good, experienced, trained professional employees?

There are so many people from all walks of life, cultures and backgrounds who have years of expertise and qualifications that can be applied in this niche' industry and they need our help! Together we can put America back to work.
