Jebediah Stipes the former boyfriend is charged with conspiracy to commit 1st-degree sexual assault. While these men were charged it brings up many queries about internet safety measures and how that interprets over into a personal’s personal life. Everyone needs to take care online and sadly this lady suffered because of a psycho ex-boyfriend.
