Church Difficulties?

By: Paul Wright

After visiting some of the churches that we are overseeing I noticed something….

Churches have problems!

Why?

as they are packed of individuals and individuals have concerns. The bigger the attendance the bigger the hurdles.

Do you sense that you have seen or experienced some woes in your church or in your life?

One Church is nothing compared to overseeing 25 churches and not even speaking their language.

Here's some of the outrageous challenges that we've seen in some of the Indian Churches lately:

* After one of the Tzeltal Pastors raised up a new church (That's the idea) his new church head decided to leave him for the reason that he didn't want any more guidance on how to Pastor

* A member of the Tzotzil Church had just awarded tin for a roof for their building. He was manipulated by another denominational group of "emotional theology" to unite them. When the member left the church, he also took the time to shred down the roof and take it with him.

* A member of the mother church in Chenahlo who demonstrated a lot of capability decided that he wasn't be moved into a position of leadership fast enough and went away…

* One woman in a tiny community conveyed a secret with one of her friends and requested her to intercede for her but not to say to anyone else about her difficulty. Her "ally" shared it with and before long the whole community was "interceding for her". The lady was distraught because of the awkwardness and moved to another village.

These are just some of the problems linked with life and churches.

Your church may not be perfect. I don't know any that are. But God has placed you there for a purpose. Don't get trouble and disappear. God may be attempting to train you something and he may be honing you for service .

Remember, If you're suffering woes in your church there are always somebody else or another church that is experiencing a bigger difficulty than you are.

We've all experienced challenges. We are humans. Human beings always experience concerns.Churches experience concerns because they composed of a lot of human beings.

A Church is an organism, It is living. Life consists of difficulties.

Persevere! God has a plan for your life. Hurdles are usually a sign that God has something gigantic in store for you!

Our challenges seem so BIG.

We imagine that we're falling. The future is hopeless. It's because we concentrate on our concerns. demands are opportunities in disguise
I like to look at difficulties as opportunities. A mere barrier in the course to victory. issues can be discouraging- opportunities and victories are encouraging. Do you think you've got challenges?

There is always somebody with far bigger woes than you.
