As mentioned above walking, jogging and running are some easy and clear-cut ways to start losing after pregnancy belly fat.

Usually keeping it clear-cut will allow for the best results. Having a plan is awfully helpful if you are getting started with a healthly lifestyle - take it from a Mom of 2! It is really easy to go backwards if you do not have a plan set in order.
