To get you moving in the right direction here are a few tips on how to burn fat quickly.

(1) Wake up to exercise – Your body is always changing and at certain times your body’s system will be in the ideal condition to lose large amounts of fat, one of these times is first thing in the morning.

Working out in the morning can be a drag at first, but once you get into a routine it becomes a natural daily activity, just like going to work or school. As soon as you wake up and eve before you take a shower or eat breakfast head out to the park and do about 30 – 40 minutes of low to mid intensity cardio exercises. Start off slow, perhaps with a brisk walk and occasionally break into a jog; you can also choose to ride a bike, go swimming or do a round of aerobics with a group at the gym.

Though don’t over do it, as studies have shown that there is a optimal fat burning zone for all of us, this means that we can actually burn of more fat by doing shorter and less intense workouts that keep our bodies constantly in the ideal fat burning zone.

(3) Bulk up and lose weight – Your ideal body condition should be, more muscle and less fat and the reason for this is that our muscles use a larger amount of energy. You probably don’t want to have a large set of biceps and abs especially if you’re female, but the more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body burns to build and sustain this tissue and the faster it will burn off fat in order to keep your muscles strong.
