(b) Exercise – This should be done in combination with a weight loss diet or while taking dietary supplements, exercise speeds up your metabolism and puts your body into the perfect state to burn fat and gain muscle fast. There are 2 types of exercise that you should focus on cardio and strength exercises both of these used in combination for 30-45 minutes each day will give you excellent results. Cardio exercises, such as running jogging, swimming and cycling will help you burn calories while you move, while strength training exercises, such as lifting weights will help your body continuously burn calories even while you sleep.

(c) Herbal alternatives – You may be skeptical about products that contain herbal ingredients and I don’t blame you, there are a number of scam companies that promise results and don’t deliver. Though having said that there are 2 particular types of organic diet supplements that make an excellent addition to your dieting attempts, these are ‘Hoodia Gordonii’ and ‘Acai Berries’. Hoodia is a powerful appetite suppressant that tricks your brain into thinking it has eaten a high calorie meal and on the other hand acai berries increase your body’s ability to burn calories during exercise and at rest.

(d) Colon Cleanse – This is one of the lesser known fast fat loss diet tips, but one that should be taken seriously if you want to shed those pounds quickly. A clogged colon can have a very negative affect on your health, if left for a long time the toxins seep into your organs causing your system to slow down. Cleansing your colons regularly does actually helps your lose weight, this is because you’re clearing your system of unwanted free radicals that were previously slowing down your bodies ability to burn off fat.
